Family Sponsorship – Sponsor your family members to Immigrate to Canada

(Spousal Sponsorship, Parents and Grand Parents Sponsorship – Super visa)

This is a permanent immigration route for foreign nationals who have a relative in Canada; demonstrating that family reunification remains one of the pillars of the Canadian immigration system.  As a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent resident, you can sponsor a spouse, common-law partner, dependent children, and other eligible relatives to become a permanent resident. Canada has specific criteria that defines a family relationship and requirements that must be met by both the applicant (the sponsored) and the supporting (sponsoring) relative. Furthermore, the sponsor is financially responsible for the relative and must ensure that the relative will not seek financial assistance from the government after arrival. Applicants for permanent residence must go through a medical, criminal and background checks as per prevailing legislation.
